Condition: Used. Very Good. All pages present; No tears; No inscriptions; Clean, bright, and tight. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Worn, with some chipping, open and closed tears to the edges, and a little loss around the spine.
A well regarded novel that picked up an International Fantasy award when first published and was later nominated for a Retro Hugo award in 2004. It is included in David Pringle’s Book ‘Science Fiction: 100 Best Novels’. According to British sci-fi authors Brian Aldiss and David Wingrove, “The novel transcends its own terms and becomes Sturgeon’s greatest statement of one of his obsessive themes, loneliness and how to cure it.” Recommended
