First issue of the monthly musical periodical edited by Edwin Evans and published by the Oxford University Press. Includes a lovely pencil portrait by Laura Knight of the pianist Ethel Bartlett.
Condition: Used. Very Good. All pages present; No tears; Covers showing signs of discolouration to the edges; Staples rusty; Pages also a little age discoloured. Transparent paper is brittle and torn, some chipping with loss due to the composition (the cover was produced as an advertisement, never expected to last this long).
