Gilt top edge and deckle cut side and bottom page edges. Approx 26cm H x 18cm W. 97pp. Limited edition of 2000 copies.  

Book condition: Used. Very Good. Some fading to the spine and boards (see pic). Inside is clean, bright and tight with no marks within aside from browning of the free endpapers; Two preliminary pages uncut (before text); No tears or annotations.

The publisher’s note states ‘The original title of this story was The Escaped Cock. The present title was decided upon by the author shortly before his death’.
