Vintage 1950s Norwegian Postal Scales. Green metal enamalled legs and stem, detachable aluminium saucer, black painted metal counterweight, painted weight increments from 0 to 500g. Tripod base that folds flat. Stamped with makers marks and "Ulovlig ved kjop og salg". Roughly 27cm High x 20cm Wide. Acutally pretty accurate, just a few grams light. Some adjustment possible.
A pleasing shape, perfect for decorating a room. Useful for dropping keys into, maybe peanuts! An interesting design and pretty scarce.
