New Science Fiction Section

We now have a large and growing section devoted to Sci-Fi in the shop. With many well known authors as well as some lesser known. Hardbacks, paperbacks and magazines going back from the last couple of decades to the 1950s. In addition, we have a scarce first publication of the second half of H. G. Wells' War of the Worlds from 1897, illustrated by Warwick Goble, and a copy of J. B. S. Haldane's Daedalus Or Science & The Future, a book containing ideas of separating sex from reproduction, influencing Aldous Huxley's thinking behind his novel Brave New World.
