Book condition: Fine. No marks or damage to outer boards. Inside is clean, bright and tight with no marks within. No tears or annotations. Slipcase condition: Very Good++ Evidence of slight shelf rubbing to 3 corners – Minimal.

A beautiful book, with the text heavily illustrated throughout and complimented by fine colour reproductions of Ardizzone’s work – some pull-out, as well as subject and family photographs, and pen & ink sketches.
